Introduction
Fit with curves active wear respects your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. We the information given to allow for ease of transaction and efficient processing of your order and to offer the additional benefits of the fit with curves active wear community. Fit with curves active wear will not disclose any personal information without your prior consent, unless obligated by law.
Returns Policy
At Fit with curves active wear you have 7 days to return your item (within Australia) and international 14 days (some exclusions apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as:
- The Item has not been opened or used
- Is still in its original packaging and all packaging and tags attached are included.
-Any stains or damages on products or abnormal smell of perfume,odors,will not be accepted.
- The item was purchased at its original sale price. This means, the item was not a sale item, or which were purchased at a discounted price nor can the customer request a refund for any items purchased which are sale items or purchased at a discounted price.
The refund will be provided using your original payment method only.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping within Australia is
$10 flat rate, for standard shipping (3-5) working days
$15 flat rate for express shipping (1-3) working days
Please note that rates may change due to weight or size.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days using Australia Post.
Our warehouse is located in Perth, Western Australia, for all interstate purchases please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items.
Shipping Internationally
New Zealand standard shipping $20 flat rate
USA & CANADA Standard shipping $ 25 flat rate
UK/IRELAND Standard shipping $25 flat rate
**NB** Certain destinations around the world are subject to duties and import taxes, please be aware with this and check with your local post.
Please note that rates may change due to weight or size.
For customers in selected countries not listed, please email our team to confirm shipping charges.

Fit with curves active wear accept the following methods of payment:

Terms and Conditions
- Returns or Exchange parcels are payed for at the customers own expense
- Replacement items due to change of mind, color or size, the customer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received, fit with curves active wear will send the new item at the buyers shipping expense.
- International orders may be returned using any means of the customer’s choice, at their own expense
- Refunds for International Customers will occur once the items are received and meet the above criteria, in terms of being sale-able.
- The Items are the customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure you take the necessary precautions such as, securely packing the items, shipping the items with a tracking number, as Fit with curves active wear will not take any responsibility for any items, if the items never arrives or arrives damaged at our warehouse.
The refund will be provided using your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping costs.
