We will never share or disclose your personal details without your consent, except where required by law.
Returns Policy
At Fit With Curves Activewear, you have 7 days (within Australia) and 14 days (international) from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
• Have all tags attached
• Be free from makeup marks, deodorant, perfume, or any odour
Please note:
• Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order at info@fitwithcurvesactivewear.com.au with photos for assessment.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is approved.
HOW TO REDUCE WEAR AND TEAR:
To keep your activewear looking new, please follow the care instructions on each garment.
Wash inside out, in cold water, and avoid excessive heat to maintain elasticity and colour.
Shipping and Handling
Australia:
$10 Standard (2-5 business days)
$15 Express (1-4 business days)
Free Express shipping on orders over $150 AUD
New Zealand:
$20 Standard (6-10 business days)
International:
DHL Express- cost calculated at the checkout (duties and taxes may apply)
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from our Perth WA warehouse.
Please note:
All delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Once dispatched, Fit With Curves Activewear is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur in transit.
Payments:
We accept Visa,Mastercard, American Express,PayPal, and Afterpay.
All prices are listed in AUD and includes GST where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
Terms and Conditions
Returns or Exchange parcels are payed for at the customers own expense
Replacement items due to change of mind, color or size, the customer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received, fit with curves active wear will send the new item at the buyers shipping expense.
International orders may be returned using any means of the customer’s choice, at their own expense
Refunds for International Customers will occur once the items are received and meet the above criteria, in terms of being sale-able.
The Items are the customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure you take the necessary precautions such as, securely packing the items, shipping the items with a tracking number, as Fit with curves active wear will not take any responsibility for any items, if the items never arrives or arrives damaged at our warehouse.
The refund will be provided using your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping costs.
